Join our experienced and helpful yoga instructor, Linda, for chair yoga. Chair yoga can benefit anyone, and has amazing effects for seniors such as increasing flexibility and relaxation. Loose clothing is recommended. Super easy, and all materials are supplied by the library! 14 & up.
