"Historical Images from Camp Tegewitha"
On loan from the Coolbaugh Twp. Historical Association
This exhibit has a selection of old photographs of the girls Camp Tegewitha that used to exist in Coolbaugh Township on the property proximal to the Clear Run Elementary Center. There was a large lake in place that collected water from the smaller runs in this woody area of the township. For years this classic camp had summer activities for girls of all ages. The photographs on exibit are on loan from the Coolbaugh Township Historical Association. They received this wonderful framed collection as a gift from the out-going Fed Ex Supply Chain distribution center that made the large format photopraphs to hang in the local corporate offices.
Artists who would like to exhibit at The Mountain Gallery should contact the Library Director, Ann Shincovich, at

The library only accepts art that is framed with wire on the back, and exhibits on a two month schedule.
The gallery can hold 8 - 10 very large pieces, or up to 28 smaller works. We use the Walker System for hanging exhibits.
The artist is responsible for hanging art and for any reception they wish to have. Please ask if you have any questions at all.
The Mountain Gallery has exhibited many fine shows by local and regional artists.
