If you've been looking for a peaceful break in your week, consider attending one of our meditation classes. PMPL will be having mediation classes on the following Fridays at 2:30 pm: July 17th, July 31st, August 14th, and August 28th.


Stress and distractions often fill our daily lives, making it hard to find moments of calm. Meditation offers a simple way to slow down, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Mediation also helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and mental clarity, enhance emotional balance, and cultivate a sense of calm.


You don’t need any special equipment or clothing—just bring yourself. Registration appreciated. 18 & up. To register, email joe@poconolibrary.org or call 570-894-8860.
