Join our experienced and helpful instructor, Linda, for Chair Yoga Class. Chair yoga can benefit anyone and has amazing effects for seniors such as increasing flexibility and relaxation. Loose clothing is recommended. It’s a lot of fun, and Linda is great at showing you easier modifications of yoga poses. For questions or to register, email joe@poconolibrary.org or call 570-894-8860.
