Join our experienced and helpful yoga instructor, LInda, for a refreshing yoga chair class. Chair Yoga can benefit anyone, and has amazing effects on seniors such as increasing flexibility and relaxation.
You don't have to be a yoga master to participate. Linda has been teaching Chair Yoga for years, and knows how to make difficult yoga positions easier.
